Scheduled CECAS Training

As a follow-up to the release of the new DEC4, the EC Delivery Team would like to invite you to participate in a hands-on training of the new DEC4. We will be offering full-day sessions of this training. You will only need to register for and attend only one session as they are all identical.

Each CECAS Leadership Team member that plans to attend the session is required to register via email to the trainer of the session indicating the date your LEA would like to attend. The registration deadline dates for the available sessions as indicated below are by the close of business. It is imperative that you register in a timely manner so that we can plan appropriately for the training session.

Preparing for the Periodic Child Count (and) Electronic EC Form

The EC Delivery Team is offering CECAS refresher training sessions, using the GoToMeeting application, to prepare users for the December Child Count. Registration with your assigned trainer is mandatory to participate in the available training sessions for your region.

Registration is based on a first come first served basis. Please register as soon as possible as there is a limited amount of callers per session. Although there may be a possible expense of a long distance telephone call, users can receive CECAS training without the cost of traveling. We look forward to your participation in the available training sessions.
