Scheduled CECAS Training

This notification serves to inform you of the EC Delivery Team offering CECAS refresher training sessions to prepare users for the upcoming April Child Count. The EC Delivery Team will host two half-day CECAS refresher sessions on Preparing for the Periodic Child Count (PCC). Both PCC refresher sessions are identical for the LEAs and Charter Schools to ensure that they are properly using the application as designed and prepared to conduct their child count.

Registration is mandatory in order to attend a session. Please, review the refresher training schedule below and contact the assigned trainer, via email, prior to the registration deadline date BY FOLLOWING THE REGISTRATION LINK EITHER SESSION. We hope that the LEAs take advantage of these sessions, and that the appointed CECAS Contacts will follow up by offering training sessions to their staff, including teachers and any other appropriate CECAS users.

The specific GoToMeeting details (Meeting ID number and conference call line) for the training will be sent to you via email after your registration confirmation has been received. Long distance charges may apply for users to call into the meeting. Members of each LEA need to gather in one location to attend the session as only one connection into GoToMeeting and only one phone call into the conference line per LEA is allowed.
