Students Transitioning from Part C to Part B

Is there any link with DHHS' early intervention so that transitions from early intervention to LEAs is improved?

CECAS deployed an Early Intervention Module in July 2005 and DHHS Infant Toddler Program is using it as their data system. This means that once parents give consent for a record to be transitioned to Part B, the LEA receiving a Part C student will be able to see the Part C information within that student's record.
