1/6/2017 - CECAS Production Outage Sunday 1/8/2017
The NC Department of Information Technology (DIT) will be performing security updates on all Windows servers Sunday morning, January 8, between 4am and noon. Server restarts are required for these updates, and this could result in a brief interruption in the availability of the CECAS application.
01/03/2017 - December 2016 Child Count Change Report
A report showing the student count changes for each LEA from the December 2015 Child Count to the December 2016 Child Count has been posted to the CECAS information site on the documents tab under the Periodic Count section. (December 2016 Child Count Change Report) Please look at the report and if your LEA, Charter school or State Operated Program has been highlighted in red, it has shown a significant increase or decrease of more than 10% and more than 10 students, the EC Director should email an explanation for the change to firstname.lastname@example.org by 2/1/2017. We appreciate your timely response to this request.
12/16/2016 - CECAS Daily User Webinar Schedule for 2017
The 2017 CECAS Daily User Webinars have been scheduled as bi-monthly rather than monthly as in previous years. Webinars will be held from 9AM - 10AM on the first Wednesday of even months: February 1, April 5, June 7, August 2, October 4, and December 6.
The first CECAS Daily Users webinar is scheduled for February 1, 2017 at 9:00AM. Please join us at this GoToWebinar. You must register in order to attend. The target audience for the CECAS Daily Users webinar is CECAS Data Managers and EC Directors, but other interested users may also join.
A schedule of all of the Daily Users webinars for 2017 has been placed on the Documents tab of the CECAS Information site. Use this schedule and the accompanying links to register for webinars for the upcoming year.
